Product information, specifications and images on the Site are for reference. Final specifications, pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed in a written quotation. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them.

3. Samples

Free samples are provided for product evaluation and remain subject to availability. Freight and related charges may apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only once both parties agree on specifications, price, quantity, payment and delivery terms in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text and images, is owned by Youde or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Youde is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site.
